I meditate through expression of abstract using a variety of mediums.


I meditate through creative expression.


I began using poetry to express myself in 2014.

Over time, this has evolved into creating art, as well as dancing and meditation, amongst other activities which focus on mindfulness.

I have been using oil and acrylic on canvas and other surfaces since 2016 and continue to experiment, grow, and learn.
